ข้อกำหนดนี้ใช้กับการใช้งานแพลตฟอร์ม istatus ("บริการ") การสมัครหรือใช้บริการถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้

These terms govern your use of the istatus platform ("Service"). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. บริการ / The Service

istatus ให้บริการจัดการร้านค้า บัญชี และกล่องข้อความรวมสำหรับเชื่อมต่อช่องทางการขายและแชท (เช่น Facebook Messenger, LINE, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok) เพื่อรับ-ตอบข้อความและจัดการคำสั่งซื้อ

istatus provides store management, accounting, and a unified chat inbox to connect sales/chat channels (e.g. Facebook Messenger, LINE, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok) for receiving/replying to messages and managing orders.

2. บัญชีและการเชื่อมต่อ / Accounts & connections

• คุณต้องเป็นเจ้าของหรือได้รับอนุญาตให้จัดการเพจ/บัญชีที่นำมาเชื่อมต่อ
• คุณรับผิดชอบในการรักษาความปลอดภัยของบัญชีและการใช้งานภายใต้บัญชีของคุณ
• คุณสามารถยกเลิกการเชื่อมต่อช่องทางหรือปิดบัญชีได้ทุกเมื่อ

You must own or be authorized to manage any connected Page/account, are responsible for account security, and may disconnect channels or close your account at any time.

3. การใช้งานที่ยอมรับได้ / Acceptable use

ห้ามใช้บริการเพื่อส่งสแปม เนื้อหาผิดกฎหมาย หลอกลวง หรือละเมิดนโยบายของแพลตฟอร์มที่เชื่อมต่อ (เช่น Meta Platform Terms) การใช้ในทางที่ผิดอาจถูกระงับบริการ

Do not use the Service for spam, illegal or deceptive content, or to violate the terms of connected platforms (e.g. Meta Platform Terms). Misuse may result in suspension.

4. ข้อมูลและความเป็นส่วนตัว / Data & privacy

การจัดการข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเป็นไปตาม นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว ของเรา

Handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. ค่าบริการ / Fees

บริการมีทั้งแบบฟรีและแบบเสียค่าบริการรายเดือน รายละเอียดแพ็กเกจและราคาแสดงในแอป ค่าบริการที่ชำระแล้วเป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขที่ระบุขณะสมัคร

The Service offers free and paid monthly plans; plan details and pricing are shown in the app.

6. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด / Limitation of liability

บริการให้ "ตามสภาพ" เราพยายามรักษาความเสถียรและความปลอดภัยอย่างเต็มที่ แต่ไม่รับประกันว่าบริการจะไม่หยุดชะงัก เราไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อมที่เกิดจากการใช้บริการเท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต

The Service is provided "as is"; while we strive for stability and security, we do not warrant uninterrupted operation and are not liable for indirect damages to the extent permitted by law.

7. การเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนด / Changes

เราอาจปรับปรุงข้อกำหนดนี้เป็นครั้งคราว และจะแสดงวันที่ปรับปรุงล่าสุดไว้ในหน้านี้

We may update these terms from time to time; the latest effective date will appear on this page.
