istatus เคารพสิทธิในการลบข้อมูลของคุณ หากคุณเคยส่งข้อความถึงเพจที่ใช้บริการ istatus หรือเป็นผู้ขายที่ใช้ istatus คุณสามารถขอให้เราลบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณได้

istatus respects your right to data deletion. If you have messaged a Page that uses istatus, or you are a merchant using istatus, you may request deletion of your personal data.

วิธีขอลบข้อมูล / How to request deletion

ส่งอีเมลมาที่ [email protected] โดยระบุหัวข้อ Data Deletion Request พร้อมข้อมูลต่อไปนี้:

1. ชื่อของคุณ (หรือชื่อโปรไฟล์ Facebook ที่ใช้ส่งข้อความ)
2. ชื่อเพจ Facebook ที่คุณส่งข้อความถึง
3. ระบุว่าต้องการ "ลบข้อมูลการสนทนาทั้งหมด"

Email [email protected] with the subject Data Deletion Request, including: (1) your name or Facebook profile name, (2) the Page you messaged, and (3) a request to delete all conversation data.

เราจะลบอะไร / What we delete

• ข้อความ รูปภาพ สติกเกอร์ และไฟล์ในการสนทนาที่เชื่อมโยงกับคุณ
• รหัสผู้ส่ง (PSID) และชื่อโปรไฟล์ที่จัดเก็บไว้

All messages, images, stickers, files, your stored PSID, and profile name associated with you.

ระยะเวลา / Timeline

เราจะดำเนินการลบข้อมูลภายใน 30 วัน นับจากวันที่ได้รับคำขอ และจะแจ้งยืนยันเมื่อดำเนินการเสร็จสิ้น

We will complete deletion within 30 days of receiving the request and confirm once done.

สำหรับผู้ขาย / For merchants

ผู้ขายสามารถยกเลิกการเชื่อมต่อเพจหรือบัญชีโฆษณาได้จากหน้า "เชื่อมต่อช่องทาง" ในแอป (เมื่อยกเลิก เราหยุดอ่านข้อมูลจาก Meta ทันทีและลบโทเค็นการเข้าถึง) หรือขอลบบัญชีและข้อมูลทั้งหมด รวมถึงสถิติโฆษณาที่จัดเก็บไว้ โดยติดต่อเราตามอีเมลด้านบน

Merchants can disconnect a Page or ad account from the in-app "Connect channels" page (upon disconnection we immediately stop reading data from Meta and delete the access token), or request full deletion of their account and all stored data, including ad statistics, via the email above.
