istatus ("we") is a store-management, accounting, and unified chat-inbox platform that lets merchants connect channels such as Facebook Messenger, LINE, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok to receive and reply to customer messages and manage orders in one place. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

1. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ / Information we collect

• ข้อมูลบัญชีผู้ขาย — ชื่อ อีเมล ข้อมูลร้านค้า ที่ผู้ขายสร้างเมื่อสมัครใช้ istatus
• ข้อมูลการเชื่อมต่อช่องทาง — โทเค็นการเข้าถึง (access token) ของเพจ/บัญชีที่ผู้ขายอนุญาตให้เชื่อม โดยจัดเก็บแบบเข้ารหัส
• ข้อความและสื่อในการสนทนา — เมื่อผู้ขายเชื่อมเพจ Facebook เราจะรับข้อความ รูปภาพ สติกเกอร์ และไฟล์ที่ลูกค้าส่งถึงเพจ รวมถึงรหัสผู้ส่ง (Page-Scoped ID / PSID) และชื่อโปรไฟล์ (เมื่อได้รับอนุญาตจาก Meta) เพื่อแสดงในกล่องข้อความของผู้ขาย
• ข้อมูลคำสั่งซื้อ — รายการสินค้า ราคา และคำสั่งซื้อที่สร้างจากการสนทนา
• สถิติโฆษณา — เมื่อผู้ขายเชื่อมบัญชีโฆษณา Meta ของตนเอง เราอ่านสถิติแคมเปญ (ค่าใช้จ่าย คลิก ผลลัพธ์) แบบอ่านอย่างเดียว เพื่อทำรายงานให้ผู้ขายรายนั้น

Merchant account data; encrypted channel access tokens; Page messages, images, stickers, files, the sender's Page-Scoped ID (PSID) and profile name (when permitted by Meta) shown in the merchant's inbox; order data created from conversations; and, when the merchant connects their own Meta ad account, read-only campaign statistics (spend, clicks, results) used to build that merchant's reports.

We use the data solely to deliver the inbox and order features to the merchant. We do not sell personal data and do not use message content for advertising.

3. ข้อมูลจากแพลตฟอร์ม Meta/Facebook / Facebook Platform data

การใช้ข้อมูลที่ได้รับผ่าน Facebook/Meta เป็นไปตาม นโยบายแพลตฟอร์มของ Meta เราเข้าถึงเฉพาะข้อความของเพจ Facebook และบัญชี Instagram ที่ผู้ขายเป็นเจ้าของและได้อนุญาตให้เชื่อมต่อเท่านั้น (สิทธิ์ pages_messaging, instagram_manage_messages) และใช้เพื่อให้บริการกล่องข้อความแก่ผู้ขายรายนั้นเท่านั้น

Our use of data received from Meta complies with the Meta Platform Terms. We access only the messages of Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts the merchant owns and has explicitly connected (pages_messaging, instagram_manage_messages), used solely to provide that merchant's inbox.

If a merchant chooses to connect their own Meta ad account, we read their advertising statistics (ads_read — e.g. spend, clicks, per-campaign results) on a read-only basis, solely to show that merchant a report comparing ad spend against their own sales and profit inside their own account. We do not create, modify, or run ads on the merchant's behalf, never show one merchant's ad data to another, and the merchant can disconnect at any time.

Data is stored on access-controlled servers with strict per-merchant isolation (row-level security); access tokens are encrypted at rest; all transport uses HTTPS/TLS.

5. การเก็บรักษาและการลบข้อมูล / Retention & deletion

เราเก็บข้อมูลการสนทนาตราบที่ผู้ขายยังใช้บริการ ผู้ใช้หรือผู้ขายสามารถขอลบข้อมูลได้ตามขั้นตอนในหน้า คำแนะนำการลบข้อมูล

We retain conversation data while the merchant uses the service. Users may request deletion per our Data Deletion Instructions.

6. คุกกี้และการวัดผลโฆษณา / Cookies & ad measurement

เฉพาะหน้าเว็บสาธารณะ (istatus.net หน้าแรก) เราใช้ Meta Pixel ของ Meta Platforms เพื่อวัดผลโฆษณาและแสดงโฆษณาให้ผู้ที่เคยเข้าชมเว็บไซต์ ข้อมูลที่ส่งคือกิจกรรมการเข้าชมหน้าเว็บและการกดปุ่มสมัคร (เช่น PageView, Lead) พร้อมข้อมูลเบราว์เซอร์ทั่วไป เราไม่ได้ติดตั้งเครื่องมือติดตามใด ๆ ในระบบหลังบ้าน (/app) ที่ผู้ขายล็อกอินใช้งาน ข้อมูลร้านค้า ยอดขาย ลูกค้า และข้อความแชท จึงไม่ถูกส่งให้ Meta คุณปิดการติดตามนี้ได้ด้วยการตั้งค่าคุกกี้ในเบราว์เซอร์ หรือการตั้งค่าโฆษณาในบัญชี Meta ของคุณ

On our public website only (istatus.net landing page) we use the Meta Pixel to measure ad performance and show ads to previous visitors. The events sent are page views and sign-up button clicks (PageView, Lead) together with standard browser information. No tracking tools are installed in the logged-in application (/app) — merchant, sales, customer and chat data are never sent to Meta. You can opt out via your browser cookie settings or your Meta ad preferences.
